Double yolks are a sign of good luck! This was a surprise; when I cracked this egg into the frying pan I couldn’t resist taking a quick photo. And after I fried it I knew it would make an interesting painting. So before I sat down to eat I used this as a model to paint from, and here’s the result. BTW – it was twice as tasty too!
