I love to stop and
paint these little oil studies. I paused during a drive in the country to paint
this while sitting beside the road in my car.
The light on the trees and hills caught my eye, and I
wanted to capture the mood while it lasted. I used clean, direct strokes to
state my feelings about it in a simple, truthful way. I think I nailed it; hope
you like it.
