PLEIN AIR LANDSCAPE WITH WHITE SHIRT by TOM BROWN

A ragged white shirt hangs on the fencepost in the foreground. It was obviously left there and forgotten long ago.

As I painted this peaceful landscape the shirt kept blowing in the breeze, catching my eye again and again. I couldn't resist putting it into the painting.
