PARIS, EIFFEL TOWER, URBAN PAINTING by TOM BROWN

The abstract quality of the picture was my focus here. Subjects like this beg to be painted with bold, free brush strokes. So in this painting I stated the essence of the scene crisply and dramatically to capture the heart and soul of the scene. Then I stopped before I overworked it. I wanted to paint the energy and flow of the city and allow the viewer’s imagination to complete the details.
