This is another small quick palette knife study where I wanted to capture the soft, muted colors of an overcast day. When our son was very young he commented about the colors he saw on a day like this. He said, “For a painting of this you would use your ‘dim colors’ right Dad?” I think that would probably make a good title for this one.
