SECOND PLEIN AIR PAINTING NEW YEAR’S DAY by TOM BROWN

This is my second painting of the New Year, painted entirely on location on New Year’s Day. I had arrived at this wildlife sanctuary early in the morning when a thick fog enveloped the area. I did my first painting of the day then, and by the time I had finished the fog had lifted. I decided to remain on site and paint one more. This is the painting I did then. Hope you like it.
