This is a 5x7 oil painting on a special heavyweight paper that can be framed. It is worth noting that dating back to the 17th century artists have created oil paintings on paper, which are still displayed in major museums and are in perfect condition. I work this way when doing studies or to explore possibilities because I can frame them when I get a “keeper” like this.
